How does a whole-home renovation with Big Makeover work?
There are four steps. Tell us your property type, budget and style. Get the renovation package matched to your home. Upload your floorplan, and we tailor the design and quote, room by room. We confirm the details after a site visit. Then one team builds it, end to end.
How do I find the right renovation package for my home?

Do I need a floorplan to start?
No. The package finder only asks for your style, your type of home and your budget. You upload your floorplan after that, when you want the design and quote tailored to your home, room by room.
Will my home look exactly like the design images?
Not 100%. The design images are for illustration purposes only. More detailed images are confirmed after a site visit, when we take detailed measurements of your home.
How much does a house renovation cost with Big Makeover?
It depends on your home and the package that fits your budget. Once you upload your floorplan, every room is designed and priced line by line, so you get one price for the whole home. Once you sign, that price is fixed.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. Once you sign, the price is fixed. It only changes if you change the design or add something to the job.
How long does a house renovation take?
It depends on the size of your project. We give you an estimated timeline for your home.
